Why does the automatic mixer stop suddenly?

确认油路畅通，柴油机供应系统没有空气后，可拆开油泵盖板，板动操作手柄，拨动油泵拉杆，看拉杆是否灵敏和柱塞绷簧是否开裂。在自动上料混凝土搅拌车拉杆灵敏和柱塞绷簧没断的情况下，可发动柴油机中速运转10分钟，还有断火现象时，可用一只铜榔头悄悄敲击输油泵大螺帽，一边敲一边听柴油机声响，假如声响不正常，阐明输油泵活塞和推杆发卡，进行修补或替换。

After confirming that the oil circuit is smooth and there is no air in the diesel engine supply system, remove the cover plate of the oil pump, move the operating handle and pull the rod of the oil pump to see whether the rod is sensitive and whether the plunger spring is cracked. Under the condition that the pull rod of the automatic feeding concrete mixer is sensitive and the tension spring of the plunger is not broken, the diesel engine can be started to run at medium speed for 10 minutes. In case of fire break, a copper hammer can be used to tap the big nut of the oil pump quietly, and listen to the sound of the diesel engine at the same time. If the sound is abnormal, it is clarified that the piston and push rod of the oil pump are jammed and repaired or replaced.
                 

拆下喷油器总成，滚动曲轴数圈，即有水喷出，阐明缸盖，缸体有裂纹或砂眼，遇到这种情况时，可向用户解说或向自动搅拌车公司反映。低压油流畅通后，可用手压泵扫除油路中的空气，翻开泵头放气螺钉，直到没有气泡时，方可上紧放气螺钉。

Remove the fuel injector assembly and roll the crankshaft for several turns, that is, there is water gushing out, indicating that there are cracks or sand holes in the cylinder head and cylinder block. In this case, you can explain to the user or report to the automatic mixer company. After the low-pressure oil flow is smooth, the air in the oil circuit can be swept by the hand pump, and the air release screw of the pump head can be turned over until there are no bubbles, then the air release screw can be tightened.

油嘴不雾化，油泵柱塞绷簧和绷簧座开裂，卡死不工作，或是柴油内有水。拆下油嘴总成查看开启压力和雾化，假如油嘴总成正常，可让用户用干净柴油装入壶中用油路旁接法进行试验。翻开自动搅拌车油箱开关，拆下输油泵进油管，看油流情况，假如油流很快，阐明正常，假如油流时断时续查油路。

The nozzle does not atomize, the tension spring of the pump plunger and the tension spring seat are cracked, stuck and does not work, or there is water in the diesel oil. Remove the nozzle assembly to check the opening pressure and atomization. If the nozzle assembly is normal, the user can load clean diesel oil into the pot and carry out the test with the oil bypass method. Turn on the oil tank switch of the automatic mixer, remove the oil inlet pipe of the oil pump, and check the oil flow. If the oil flow is fast, it is normal. If the oil flow is intermittent, check the oil circuit.
