1、自动上料搅拌车离合器损坏的原因动力换挡变速器离合器接合时,液压油的压力克服弹簧力压紧摩擦片。随着液压油压力的升高,摩擦片与金属盘接触并逐渐压紧,使离合器将飞轮动力平稳地传递到变速器输人轴。每次换挡时,摩擦片都要与钢片发生摩擦,产生的热量由冷却液散发出去。当摩擦片及钢片变薄时,为了使它们充分接合就需要更多的液压油,发动机须进一步加速,摩擦片在钢片上的打滑时间也随之延长,由此产生的摩擦热量也会更多,促使液压油的温度增加,当达到足以改变变速器中密封件性能的温度时,变速器就会产生内泄。而内泄又从两个方面继续引起热量的增加:高压油经损坏的密封处泄漏,使油温继续升高;由于漏油,液压泵势必要输送更多的油液来保证接合离合器时所需的压力,使离合器充分地接合,这也要求发动机继续加速,使液压泵产生更大的流量。如此恶性循环,必将导致离合器过热或烧损,直完全失效。

And the internal leakage continues to cause heat increase from two aspects: high pressure oil leakage through the damaged seal, so that the oil temperature continues to rise; due to oil leakage, the hydraulic pump is necessary to deliver more oil to ensure the pressure required to engage the clutch, so that the clutch is fully engaged, which also requires the engine to continue to accelerate, so that the hydraulic pump produces greater flow. Such a vicious cycle will lead to overheating or burning of the clutch until complete failure.
2、自动上料搅拌车离合器活塞密封性的检测装载机行走无力或油温过高时,就需要判断是离合器活塞密封不严还是油压不足引起的,但常规检测手段有时很难断定是哪个原因引起故障,尤其是在无动力的情况下,检查组装好的变速器总成的各密封环就更困难了。此时,可采用气压阀进行测试。,将自动上料搅拌车变速器控制阀拆掉(对组装好的变速器应在装控制阀之前),然后依次给变速器各油孔通人0.6一0.8MPa的气体,若某一个孔通人气体时,听到"嘭"的一声且无漏气声或漏气声很小进口计量泵,则说明与之对应的离合器活塞与缸筒间的密封良好;若听不到活塞压紧摩擦片的声响且漏气声较大,则说明离合器活塞与缸筒间的密封失效,应更换密封件。
