1、搅拌筒：在一次使用到50小时，要及时检查罐体及其他部位螺栓是否有松动，每天行车前要检查托轮与滚道的润滑，每个月打开一次托轮护罩，清理内部的油污并添加润滑油脂。

2、液压驱动系统：液压系统是搅拌车的核心系统。为保证搅拌车能正常工作，搅拌罐能运转正常，必 须在每次车辆发动前检查油路散热器和减速机的液压油位，保证油位指示在视窗范围内。同时要保证它的清洁，不能让灰尘等污染系统液压油，造成系统不能正常工作或损坏。

2. Hydraulic drive system: hydraulic system is the core system of mixer. In order to ensure that the mixer truck can work normally and the mixing tank can operate normally, the hydraulic oil level of the oil radiator and reducer must be checked before each vehicle starts to ensure that the oil level indication is within the scope of the window. 3、供水系统：气压供水系统加水量尽量在水箱的四分之三处，经常检查阀体是否堵塞或是否有工作异常。在有结冰可能的环境中使用时，供水系统必须排空存水，防止管路冻裂。

除了上述这些知识内容外，经常性的检查自动上料搅拌车系统的密封性，拆卸修理后，关键部位要涂螺纹密封胶车辆在行驶时水路系统中各个阀门均应处于关闭状态，以免影响车辆的制动性能，或烧结摩擦片，从而影响车辆的制动性能。
