通过锁止装置里面的调节螺母调整制动间隙，打开防尘盖上的观察孔，观察使制动间隙变小的调节螺母旋转，没有间隙并且明显变大时停止，然后往相反的方向旋转180度，就调好了。自动调整臂一般不需要手动调整。但自动调整臂的质量一般不如手动调整臂的好。
