1. Avoid blocking the check valve and vent valve: this will cause the temperature in the tank to rise, the oil and gas will fill the whole space and cannot be discharged, which will increase the pressure in the tank, increase the consumption of lubricating oil and shorten the replacement cycle. After the ventilation system of concrete mixer engine is blocked, the movement resistance of piston is increased and the fuel consumption is increased. Due to the effect of the air pressure difference inside and outside the box shell, oil leakage often occurs at the weak part of the seal. Therefore, it is necessary to check, dredge and clean the small concrete mixer regularly;

2.重视衬垫作用：小型混凝土搅拌车静置部位零部件之间的衬垫起着防漏密封作用。若在材料、制作质量及安装上不符合技术规范，就起不到密封防漏作用，甚发生事故。如油底壳或气门罩盖，由于接触面积大而不易压实，由此造成漏油；

2. Pay attention to the role of gasket: the gasket between the parts of the small concrete mixer plays a role of leak proof and sealing. 3.小型混凝土搅拌车上各类紧固螺母都需按规定的扭矩拧紧：过松压不紧衬垫会渗漏；过紧又会使螺孔周围金属凸起或将丝扣努而引起漏油。另外，油底壳放油螺塞若未拧紧或回松脱落，容易造成机油流失，继而发生“烧瓦抱轴”的机损事故；

3. All kinds of fastening nuts on the small concrete mixer should be tightened according to the specified torque: if it is too loose or not tight, the gasket will leak; if it is too tight, the metal around the screw hole will bulge or the screw thread will be turned off, causing oil leakage. 4.避免混凝土搅拌车轮毂甩油：轮毂轴承及腔内润滑油脂过多，或其油封装配不妥，质量不良及老化失效；制动频繁引起的轮毂温度过高；车轴螺母松动等都会引起小型混凝土搅拌车轮毂甩油。因此要用“空腔润滑法”，疏通通气孔；

4. Avoid oil spilling on the wheel hub of concrete mixer: too much lubricating grease in the wheel hub bearing and cavity, or improper oil packaging, poor quality and aging failure; too high temperature of the wheel hub caused by frequent braking; loose axle nut, etc. will cause oil spilling on the wheel hub of small concrete mixer. Therefore, the "cavity lubrication method" should be used to dredge the air hole;

5.及时更换失效油封：小型混凝土搅拌车上很多动置部位会因安装不妥，轴颈与油封刃口不同心，偏摆而甩油。有些油封使用过久会因橡胶老化而失去弹性。发现渗漏及时更新；

5. Timely replacement of failed oil seal: many moving parts of small concrete mixer truck will throw oil due to improper installation, misalignment between journal and oil seal edge, and deflection. 6.妥善混凝土搅拌车各类油管接头密封：车用联管螺母经常拆装，容易滑丝断扣而松脱，会引起渗油。更换联管螺母，用研磨法其锥面密封，使螺母压紧而密封。
