自动搅拌车操作施工需要注意哪些细节?

1、操作人员一定要持证上岗，禁止将混凝土机械交给无证人员操作，作业时应集中精力，正确操作，不得擅自离岗。

1. Operators must work with certificates. It is forbidden to hand over concrete machinery to unlicensed personnel for operation. During operation, they should concentrate on correct operation and should not leave the post without authorization.

2、作业前应检查搅拌车的固定、离合器、制动器、滑轮、钢丝绳、传动装置、上料斗限位、电气线路、保护接零或接地线等，如有异常一定要排除。

2. Before operation, the fixing, clutch, brake, pulley, wire rope, transmission device, upper hopper limit, electrical circuit, protective neutral connection or grounding wire of the mixer should be checked. If there is any abnormality, it must be eliminated.

3、实行多班作业时，应执行交接的制度，交接的人应认真填写交接记录，交接的人对提升机检查确认无误并签字后，方可进行工作。

4、一定要按规定的技术性能合理使用机械。

5、升起上料斗后，料斗下方严禁人员进入，清理料斗下方时，一定要挂上保险链，搅拌桶内有人进入清理和维修作业时，应拉下开关箱内的隔离开关，锁好开关箱，以免误操作伤人。

5. After lifting the upper hopper, it is strictly forbidden for personnel to enter the lower part of the hopper. When cleaning the lower part of the hopper, the safety chain must be hung. When someone enters the mixing bucket for cleaning and maintenance, the isolating switch in the switch box should be pulled down and the switch box should be locked to avoid injury caused by misoperation.

6、作业完毕，应将机械清理干净，切断电源，锁好开关箱。
