一、出车前注意检查

　　1、 Pay attention to check before driving

　　1、细心检查及时发现排除故障

　　千万不能重车坏在路上，否则出现闷罐就麻烦了，混凝土搅拌车一般停罐不能超过2个小时，C40以上级别的混凝土基本就不能停。

　　The heavy truck must not be damaged on the road, otherwise it will be troublesome if the tank is blocked. Generally, the concrete mixer can't stop for more than 2 hours, and the concrete above C40 level can't be stopped basically.

　　点火之前先检查机油、防冻液、润滑油和冷却水等，发现不足时，应重新进行添加。

　　Before ignition, check the engine oil, antifreeze, lubricating oil and cooling water, and add them again if they are insufficient.

　　车子启动后，再让罐子低速旋转，围绕着车检查轮胎气压，看是否有漏气的胎，检查是否有石子、铁钉之类扎在胎里。

　　After the car starts, let the jar rotate at a low speed. Check the tire pressure around the car to see if there is a flat tire. Check whether there are stones and nails stuck in the tire.

　　检查灯光，尤其是腰灯。务必保证照着轮胎边缘，工地会经常乱堆放钢筋之类的东西，而胎侧是薄弱的。

　　Check the lights, especially the waist lights. Be sure to keep the edge of the tire. The construction site will often pile up reinforcement and other things, and the sidewall is the weakest.

　　用抹布擦干净两边的后视镜，窗户玻璃，工地路况复杂，光线不好，视线一定要保证。

　　Clean the rear-view mirror and window glass on both sides with a rag. The road conditions on the construction site are complex and the light is not good. The line of sight must be guaranteed first.

　　2、保证水箱里有足够的水，有减水剂

　　因各种原因料太干，没有水添加放不出料的时候，减水剂就是救命稻草了，要不然闷罐就等着一万大洋吧。

　　3、确认搅拌罐处于停止状态

　　因为发动机启动时万一罐子处于高速旋转状态，瞬间的力会很大的，伤减速机。

　　二、装料时记得清洁

　　1、装料前应先将搅拌筒反转

　　车辆大多是露天停放，罐里可能会有积水、树叶等杂物，如不排出将影响混凝土质量。

　　Most vehicles are parked in the open air, there may be water, leaves and other debris in the tank, if not discharged, it will affect the quality of concrete.

　　2、装完料要记得冲洗进料斗

　　洗完后要关掉水箱进气口，打开水箱排气口排掉气体，因为气压下水管连接不好的地方容易渗水，影响其他车辆的。

　　After washing, the air inlet of the water tank should be turned off, and the exhaust port of the water tank should be opened to drain the gas, because the water seepage is easy to be found in the place where the water pipe is not connected well, which will affect the safety of other vehicles.

　　再次检查轮胎有无石子铁钉，因为停车时轮胎与地面接触的地方是检查不到的。

　　三、行车中一定要慢

　　1、拐弯的时候一定要慢

　　搅拌车高，易侧翻!入弯之前提前减速减挡，尽量别拐弯的时候踩刹车。随时通过后视镜注意观察罐子是否在转，把转速尽量调慢，转速过高，车辆容易摆动。

　　The center of gravity of the mixer is high and easy to roll over! Slow down and downshift in advance before entering the corner, and try not to step on the brake when turning. Observe whether the tank is rotating through the rearview mirror at any time. Adjust the speed as slow as possible. If the speed is too high, the vehicle will swing easily.

　　满载料时走到倾斜角度大的路段，先把罐停住。搅拌车本来就高，停止罐体的转动有利于保持车辆的平稳性。

　　When fully loaded, stop the tank at the section with large inclination angle. The center of gravity of the mixer is high, so stopping the rotation of the tank body is conducive to maintaining the stability of the vehicle.

　　2、烂路用合适低速挡通过

　　遇到路面不平、坑坑洼洼地方用合适的低速挡通过，保证车随时有爆发力。木板、尖石子 一定要避让，尤其重车!

　　3、上坡是提前减档

　　4、下坡切勿重车空挡滑行

　　长时间行驶或者下坡前都要习惯性地测试一下刹车。切勿重车空挡滑行下坡。下坡拐弯时提前减速然后再减挡再减速，带挡刹车效果。

　　5、一定要注意限高问题

　　四、进工地多查多看

　　4、 Visit the construction site

　　1、进工地时尽量走路中间

　　因工地道路简易，路基松软，靠近路边行车容易导致车辆侧翻。

　　Because the construction site road is simple and the subgrade is soft, driving near the roadside is easy to cause vehicle rollover.

　　2、提前下车查看倒车线路

　　搅拌车多半是晚上工作，到了工地后，先下车拿电筒查看倒车路线，哪里有障碍物、有坑或者比较松软的地方，都得记着，遇到钢筋钉子之类的及时清理。

　　3、在倒车的时候一定要慢

　　别总是把头伸出窗外，要看着两边后视镜一起兼顾，实在不确定就停车看清楚再倒。好多路面是挖掘机刚刚铺的比较软，车容易陷。

　　用1档起步(这时候可以把罐子停下，一档大油门时罐子会转得很快，车子会更不稳定)，缓慢而匀速的行驶。倒车路线尽量直线，若要反复倒车时，方向盘不要打死或打太过，因为在松软路面容易憋熄火，轰大油门倒出时，车速过快，容易撞到东西。

　　五、卸料时不能大意

　　1、卸料前让搅拌罐全速运转一两分钟

　　让混凝土充分搅拌，必要时可以加一些水，让混凝土搅拌得更均匀，也方便卸料。

　　The concrete can be fully mixed, and some water can be added if necessary to make the concrete more uniform and convenient for unloading.

　　2、放料前先把出料斗溜槽打湿

　　2. Wet the discharge hopper chute before discharging

　　把车尽量停在平地上，放料前先把出料斗溜槽打湿，方便清洗。

　　3、卸料不要大意和放料工打好关系

　　放料时自己看着，免得放料工乱操作放料操作杆。每次罐子正反转中间位子时停一下，保护减速机、托轮等。

　　与放料工打好关系，卸料时也不要睡的太熟，万一工人闹情绪，把你车子放到工地不转罐子，造成闷罐就麻烦了。

　　4、搅拌罐一定要仔细冲洗干净

　　洗罐子时一定要仔细冲洗干净，并把水反复正反转两次，再放出来。一趟时把水箱的水全部放进罐子，再回到站加水彻底清洗罐子。

　　When washing the jar, be sure to rinse it carefully, and turn the water forward and backward twice, and then put it out. In the last trip, put all the water in the tank into the tank, and then return to the station to clean the tank thoroughly with water.

　　5、别忘了施工单位签字
